Every parents seeking admission for their child must bring

  1. Copy of birth certificate issued by the Govt./Municipal authority.
  2. Two newly passport size photograph.
  3. Copy of Ration card or Address proof.
  4. A transfer (leaving) certificate, if he/she comes from a recognized school. (for Sacred Heart Convent. Hr. Sec. School)
  5. Last examination report card. (for Sacred Heart Convent. Hr. Sec. School)
  6. Family Photo (post-card size). (for Carmel Kindergarten)
Important Note:
  1. Minimum age limit for Nursery is 3 years on 1st April, 2024.
  2. New admission will be made subjected to number of seats available. No correspondence will be entertained regarding admissions.
  3. Issuing of registration form does not imply admission.
  4. No individual can collect more than one form at a time.
  5. You are requested to collect the registration form of Carmel Kindergarten from the website itself.
  6. Incomplete form will not be taken into consideration.
  7. Parents will fill in the Registration form and will be responsible for the particulars that are filled there in.
  8. Parents should be aware of third parties making false claims or collecting money on the pretense of getting so on the behalf of the school.
  9. Information regarding selection or rejection, will be intimated by text SMS on their mobile. Please do not approach the office personally or through the phone for the same.
  10. Registration forms collected from the website will only be accepted when registration payment of Rs. 500/- is given along with the form.
  11. Once admission is granted and fee deposited in the bank, no refunds will be made.

Selected children are requested to come with their parents for identification and verification of the documents (e.g. original birth certificate).

General Instructions

  1. Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.
  2. We recommend that you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.
  3. Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.
  4. You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form.

The intimation for assessment / observation / interaction / Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS/WhatsApp

Documents Required During the Admission Process

  1. Documents required for Applicants are Passport size photo, Copy of the Computerised Birth Certificate in English, Fitness Certificate from a Medical Practitioner, Aadhar card of the candidate or Aadhar card enrolment slip (in case you do not have the Aadhar card of the candidate)
  2. Documents required for Parents are, resent family photo (postcard size), copy of PAN card and Aadhaar Card.
  3. All document file sizes should be less than---------- All document file types should be in PDF / JPEG / JPG format except applicant and parents passport size photo file type should be JPEG / JPG only.
  4. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.
  5. The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.

Online Registration Process

  1. You would need access to Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.
  2. An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” Current to the Applicant will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

The Admission Fee Payment Link will be sent to you via Email / SMS to PAY FEE ONLINE.
