Sacred Heart Convent School marked a milestone in its history on April 21, 2025, with the inauguration of the newly constructed Grotto of Mother Mary and the renovated school building.

The ceremony was graced by His Grace Dr. Albert D’Souza, Archbishop Emeritus of Agra, who blessed the new grotto and school facilities, making the occasion truly memorable. The presence of Mother Molly Atully, esteemed clergy, religious sisters, teachers, and students added to the significance of this joyous celebration.

The event commenced with a heartfelt welcome and a melodious song performed by Ms. Prerna and her group, setting the tone for the day’s proceedings. In her address, the Principal, Sr. Juanita, expressed deep gratitude to all who contributed to bringing this long-cherished dream to life. Special acknowledgment was given to His Grace Dr. Albert D’Souza for his guidance and blessings, and to Mother Molly, whose vision and dedication were instrumental in realizing the project.

Distinguished guests, including Rev. Fr. Sunil, Fr. Elias Corea, Fr. Mathew Joseph, Fr. Arun, and Fr. Sundesh, were also honored for their unwavering support and spiritual guidance throughout the journey. The artistic contributions of Mr. Subash and Ms. Mukta, who designed the grotto and renovated office, were recognized with heartfelt appreciation, along with the efforts of Mr. Ravi Patel for his technical expertise.

The Principal and Manager were commended for their tireless leadership, which continues to inspire growth and progress within the school community. Tiny Hands, Bright Futures-"VIDYARAMBH"

Sacred Heart Convent Hr. Secondary School (Carmel Kindergarten) organized the Vidyarambh Ceremony on 4th April 2025, marking the formal commencement for the nursery students of the academic year 2025–2026. The event was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm.

The ceremony was presided over by Rev. Father Verghese Kunnath, who was warmly welcomed by Sr. Susy, the in-charge of the school. The event began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the beginning of a new journey.

The Sacred Heart family extended a heartfelt welcome to the parents and the tiny tots who became a part of the institution. A special prayer service was conducted by Rev. Father to surrender all endeavors into God’s hands. In his presidential address, he emphasized the importance of instilling moral and spiritual values in children and encouraged both parents and the school to work together for the holistic development of the child.

The audience was then treated to a delightful array of cultural performances by the students of the Kindergarten wing. Following this, the coordinator, Mrs. Reema Massey, introduced the parents to the school’s rules and regulations.

The highlight of the ceremony was the initiation into learning—each child, with the help of their parents, wrote their first letter in a tray of rice grains, invoking God’s blessings for their educational journey.

"Soar With The Wings Of Wisdom"- Farewell 2025

The Farewell Ceremony for the Batch of 2024 at Sacred Heart Convent Higher Secondary School was a heartfelt and memorable occasion, beautifully themed Soar With the Wings of Wisdom. The seniors made a graceful entry, holding candles and flower sticks, symbolizing their journey ahead.

The event began with a prayer service, setting a serene tone for the day. This was followed by the much-anticipated Personality Contest, judged by Dr. Sarika Gautam and Mrs. Reeva Roy, where students impressed the judges with their catwalk, talent, and Q&A rounds. Adding to the excitement, fun games like Balloon Dance and Paper Dance filled the venue with laughter.

Each student was honored with a personality-based title and a memento, presented by Sr. Principal Juanita Sebastian and Sr. Suzy. The celebration was made even more special with Class 11 students’ soulful orchestra and an energetic dance performance, showcasing their love and admiration for their seniors.

The evening reached its peak with the crowning of Mr. Sacred Heart – Jai Solanki and Ms. Sacred Heart – Anshanshi Pandey. Inaugural Ceremony of Sacredians Sports Academy

The inauguration of the Veronican Sports Ground was held on 31st January, 2025 at Sacred Heart Convent Higher Secondary School, Moti Kunj, Mathura. The event began with the Principal invoking the blessings of the Almighty.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Bhushan Verma, C.O. City Mathura, officially inaugurated the sports ground by cutting the ribbon and lighting the sports torch.

In his speech, Mr. Verma encouraged students to actively participate in sports, emphasizing the physical and mental benefits of regular play. He expressed concern over the increasing inclination of youth towards internet-based games instead of real-life indoor and outdoor sports. He urged students to engage in at least one sport and shared inspiring personal experiences, highlighting the dedication and hard work that led him to his current position.

Mr. Verma also emphasized the importance of consistent practice and sportsmanship. To further inspire the students, he enthusiastically played volleyball, kabaddi, and cricket with the academy students, demonstrating his passion for sports.

Republic Day Celebration: "A Reflection of Freedom & Democracy"

The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm at our school on January 26, 2025.

The event commenced with a majestic march past, accompanied by the chief guest, Mr. Anuj Saxena, Principal Sr. Juanita Sebastian, and Sisters of the community. The chief guest unfurled the national flag, which was followed by the rendition of the national anthem and flag song. A prayer song and prayer service added a touch of solemnity to the occasion. Mrs. Rathi introduced the chief guest and was warmly welcomed by the Principal Sr. Juanita Sebastian and other Sisters with a shawl, bouquet and a token of love.

Master Prakhar delivered an inspiring English speech, highlighting the significance of Republic Day. Ahana Anand followed with a thought-provoking Hindi speech, emphasizing the importance of patriotism and national unity. The students showcased their talent through a musical skit, which was highly appreciated by the audience. A patriotic song added to the festive atmosphere.

The chief guest felicitated the 10th and 12th board students, acknowledging their hard work and achievements.

Mr. Anuj Saxena delivered a motivational message, encouraging the students to become responsible citizens and contribute to the nation's growth. Sr. Principal also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of discipline, hard work, and patriotism.

Ms. Shalini Lal proposed a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the chief guest, Management, staff, and students for making the event a grand success.
